2 Avocados
¼ C Tofu
¼ C frozen Green peas
¼ C frozen Corn
¼ C Mozzarella cheese
Cut Avocadoes into halves. Scrap some part of avocadoes in the center to make a pocket to stuff stuffing, not the whole thing, just a bit. In a separate bowl Mix scraped Avocadoes, Tofu, Peas, and corn. Add salt and black pepper. Mash it nicely but coarsely. Fill this stuffing into the Avocado shell. Sprinkle with Moraxella cheese. Bake it for 15 -20 mins at 350 degrees.
