Ingredients :
- 2 potatoes (can also use any other vegetable)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp almond powder
- 1 tbsp cornmeal
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 pinches of black pepper
Directions :
- Chop the potatoes into the desired shape.
- Put in a mixing pot and add the oil, salt, black pepper, almond powder, and cornmeal.
- Toss and mix until well combined.
- Lay the chopped potatoes onto a baking tray.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Remove from tray and let cool.

FYI
If you don’t want to waste your time cutting the potatoes you can do it the night before. Also, you could put the potatoes in the oven before you take a shower and by the time you have done getting ready your fries are ready. You won’t have to wait for them to bake then.
